Dream Orchestra is a musical program organized around the symphonic orchestra where vulnerable children and young people meet and learn how to create music together, but also to dream and shape their future.

The orchestra was founded in April 2016 by Ron Davis Alvarez in Gothenburg, Sweden. Today it consists of 159 children and young people from about 15 countries. Many travelled to Sweden in the autumn of 2015, others have lived here all their lives. Many came into contact with a musical instrument for the first time through the Dream Orchestra, others have been playing before. Regardless of their background, the orchestra means the same thing to everyone: a safe place, fellowship, friendship and new knowledge. An opportunity to discover the power of music.
